Isolation

Isolation is a short animation between myself and a masters illustration student, exploring the theme that this collaborative piece is titled as.

The piece was composed, mixed and mastered in Logic Pro X.

The common occurrence of the Fibonacci Sequence in nature

This experimental piece explores the connection between mathematics and sound, specifically the Fibonacci sequence and sounds found in nature. Using binaural headphones to record a walk in the park, I then isolated the frequencies that had the same numerical values that are in the Fibonacci Sequence. I also used those values for the basis of the rhythm and time components of the piece.
